Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern access to geepasx.shop and purchases made through the store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

1. Store operator and contact

The store is operated under the Geepasx trading identity through geepasx.shop. Contact email: info@geepasx.shop. The contract language is English. These terms and the order confirmation can be saved or printed for future reference.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase contract and provide accurate, current and complete information. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the store in a way that impairs it, use the store for fraud, or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe goods accurately. Images are illustrative, and minor colour or appearance differences may result from displays, lighting and normal production variation. Measurements may be approximate where disclosed. Packaging may change without affecting the product’s essential characteristics. We may correct an obvious description, image or pricing error before accepting an order.

4. Prices and payment

The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error before acceptance. Mandatory charges, if any, will be included or clearly disclosed before the order is placed. Standard delivery is free. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorise the selected payment provider to process the amount due and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Optional extras will not be charged without express consent. The final ordering control will clearly indicate that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.

5. How the contract is formed

Product listings are invitations to place an order and are not an acceptance. After you submit an order, we will send an electronic acknowledgement. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever clearly occurs first. The confirmation will be provided in a form you can retain.

Before submitting an order, you can review and correct order information using the checkout controls. If we cannot accept an order, for example because the goods are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery restrictions apply, fraud checks raise a legitimate concern or there is an obvious error, we will notify you and refund any amount taken for the unaccepted order.

6. Availability and order limits

All orders are subject to availability. We may apply reasonable quantity limits disclosed to customers or necessary to prevent resale abuse, fraud or stock depletion. We will not advertise goods at a stated price without reasonable grounds for believing that reasonable quantities can be supplied for a reasonable period, having regard to the product and advertising.

7. Delivery

Standard delivery is free for all orders and the usual estimated delivery time is 15–20 days. Full terms appear in the Shipping Policy. We will deliver within the time agreed with you and, where no different time is agreed, no later than 30 days after the contract is made. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed as such.

Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a person identified by the consumer, unless the consumer independently commissioned a carrier not offered by us. Ownership passes when we receive full cleared payment and deliver the goods, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving eligible goods to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions apply to certain categories. Faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods are subject to separate statutory remedies. The complete process is in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Consumer rights and product conformity

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal purpose and any particular purpose properly made known to us. Remedies may include rejection and refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or final rejection depending on the circumstances and timing. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to their disclosed terms, availability and end dates. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may refuse or cancel a promotion where it is used fraudulently, contrary to its disclosed conditions, or because of an obvious technical error, without affecting an otherwise valid order at the correctly agreed price unless the customer chooses cancellation.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, it must be honest, based on genuine experience, relevant, lawful and not infringe third-party rights. Do not submit confidential information, unlawful content or personal information about another person without authority. We may moderate content for relevance, safety and legality, but will not commission, publish or conceal reviews in a way that misleads consumers about authenticity or overall sentiment.

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display it for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. You may ask us to review continued use by emailing info@geepasx.shop.

12. Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs and other store content are owned by us or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and make a personal copy of store information for non-commercial shopping and record-keeping. No other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent or a legal exception.

13. Third-party services and links

The store may rely on third parties for payment, delivery, hosting and other functions, and may link to external websites. External sites are controlled by their operators and their terms apply. We are not responsible for unrelated external content, but this clause does not remove responsibility that the law places on us for our own store, chosen service providers or performance of a customer contract.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or defective products to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made. For consumers, we do not exclude liability for loss arising from ordinary domestic and private use. We are not liable for business losses where a consumer uses goods for commercial purposes outside the consumer contract.

15. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep affected customers informed and resume performance. If a material delay occurs, customers may have a right to end the contract and receive a refund for goods not supplied.

16. Complaints

Send complaints to info@geepasx.shop with the order number and relevant details. We will investigate and seek a fair resolution. Data protection complaints are handled under the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these terms

The terms applying to an order are those in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed. We may update terms for future use of the store. Material changes will be identified by a revised date.

18. Severability, waiver and transfer

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, while the remainder continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and obligations only where this does not reduce a consumer’s protections. Customers may transfer rights where the law permits or with our agreement.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain the protection of mandatory law applicable where you live. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live, as applicable. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
